PianoSprout does not collect, upload or share any personal information.

What stays on your device

PianoSprout keeps your settings and the MIDI songs you import on your iPhone or iPad. The app never sends them anywhere. If you use iCloud Backup or another device backup, Apple may include them in that backup under Apple’s own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes them.

No network, no tracking

The app does not connect to the internet. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs.

Permissions

The app does not ask for the microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or any other permission. When you import a MIDI file, it reads only the file you pick in Files and copies it into the app.

Children

PianoSprout is made for children and families and collects no information from them. With Parental control on, a grown-up has to solve a quick sum before Settings or importing opens.

This website

pianosprout.xyz uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from other websites. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
